Our Story
Katie and Gregg Rozeboom have been in the hospitality industry for 13 years. They founded the first organic, plant-based restaurant in Virginia Beach, and today their venture, Fruitive, thrives in Washington D.C. As a family, they have always prioritized healthy foods to support the growth and well-being of their five children.
Gregg’s mother was born on the banks of the Amazon River, and she often shared stories about exotic fruits and superfoods that Gregg had never known.
Inspired by these experiences, he dreamed of making those ingredients accessible to the world, not just as exotic curiosities, but as everyday staples, served through the restaurants and businesses people already love.
