Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Plantbased.com, we take pride in providing premium, small-batch superfoods and high-quality wellness memberships. Due to the perishable and carefully curated nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on purchased products.

Memberships:

- Memberships can be canceled at any time by logging into your customer portal.

- If you encounter issues with your membership or superfood delivery, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@plantbased.com so we can resolve the issue.

Yearly Memberships:

- For customers who purchase an annual membership but wish to cancel partway through the year, prorated refunds are not provided. The remaining months of the membership may still be used until the end of the annual term.

- After the annual term concludes, the membership will not automatically renew unless opted into renewal at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items:

- If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at info@plantbased.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to ensure you receive the intended products.
